Steel Recycling Institute President William M. Heenan, Jr. steps down

February 2011 - The Steel Market Development Institute, Washington, D.C., announced that Steel Recycling Institute President William M. Heenan, Jr. stepped down due to health reasons after 20 years with SRI and 19 years with U.S. Steel Corp., Pittsburgh. Gregory L. Crawford succeeded Heenan as executive director.
