John H. Goodish retires from U.S. Steel after 40 years

February 2011 - John H. Goodish, vice president and COO at U.S. Steel Corp., Pittsburgh, retired at the end of December after 40 years of service with the company. Throughout his career, he held varied positions at U.S. Steel, beginning in 1970 as an accounting management trainee and culminating with his current position, which he assumed in 2005.
