Coil-loading system is fully automated
March 2011 - Red Bud’s coil prestage & load system for heavy-gauge coil-processing lines is fully automated. The system automatically advances prestaged coils and loads them onto a dual stub uncoiler. Comprised of an inline coil prestaging system, an integrated coil car and dual stub arbor uncoiler, it eliminates the need for operator attention or intervention when loading coils.
