Prab acquires Triple/S Dynamics
March 2011 - Prab Inc., Kalamazoo, Mich., acquired Triple/S Dynamics Inc., Dallas. According to Prab officials, Triple/S employees, production and operations will remain in Texas. Both companies share similar markets, including automotive, aerospace, recycling and wastewater treatment. Their product lines also complement one another and will enhance their position in the marketplace, Ned Thompson, Prab president and CEO, said in a press release.
