Thermo Fisher receives award
March 2011 - Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., Billerica, Mass., announced its hand-held line of Thermo Scientific Niton XL2 Series XRF analyzers has been recognized with a Good Design Award by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum. In 2010, the line also won an Editor’s Choice Award from Pollution Engineering magazine in the remediation category.
