July 2011 - Klöckner & Co., Duisburg, Germany, completed the acquisition of Macsteel Service Centers USA Inc., Newport Beach, Calif., a U.S. steel service center focused on flat products. This acquisition doubles Klöckner & Co.’s sales and branch outlets in North America, making it one of the top three U.S. steel and metal distributors.
