July 2011 - AE Frame, Broken Arrow, Okla., added a Mitsubishi DX 510 90,000-psi waterjet that will allow the company to bring previously outsourced work in-house and enable more flexibility for customers. The DX Waterjet series is constructed with an independent frame/tank that separates the machine frame from the work tank so machining accuracy is not affected by large or heavy workpieces. It also includes four-axis intelligent taper control, which provides 360-degree taper control.
