August 2011 - TMK IPSCO, Downers Grove, Ill., and the United Steelworkers Local 9368 agreed on a five-year labor contract that replaces the one that has expired. The new contract will remain in effect until May 2016. The contract, which covers 160 production and maintenance employees, includes increases in base wages each year of the contract, a higher company 401(k) match and improvements to healthcare benefits and costs.
