October 2011 - O’Neal Industries Inc., Birmingham, Ala., through its subsidiary United Performance Metals Inc., Hamilton, Ohio, has acquired Plus Ten Stainless Inc., a Benicia, Calif.-based provider of precision cold saw cut stainless steel, nickel alloy and stainless plate. The addition of Plus Ten is a strategic expansion for UPM that is meant to enhance the company’s strength in products such as precision-cut stainless plate.
