November 2011 - Carpenter Technology Corp., Wyomissing, Pa., will construct a 400,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in response to strong customer demand for premium products primarily for the aerospace and energy industries. The facility will be capable of producing about 27,000 tons per year of additional premium product. Carpenter expects the facility to be operational in roughly 21⁄2 years.
