November 2011 - Frank Koch, president and founder of DeFelsko Corp., Ogdensburg, N.Y., died on Aug. 8 at the age of 77. Originally from Germany, Koch came to the United States in 1956. In the 1960s, he opened DeFelsko and several other businesses.
