December 2011 - Ryerson Inc., Chicago, opened a 54,000-square-foot distribution facility in Salt Lake City. The facility will house a variety of long products and will serve as the hub for Ryerson branches in the western United States. The facility also will stock other shapes in carbon, aluminum and stainless steel. The processing capabilities will include bar cutting, aluminum plate sawing and sheet shearing.
