February 2012 - Penn Stainless Products, Quakertown, Pa., installed the Mach 3 Dynamic Waterjet System from Flow Corp., Kent, Wash. The Mach 3 features Flow’s HyperJet pump, rated at 94,000 psi. The system features a cutting area of 288 inches by 78 inches, allowing Penn Stainless to make precision cuts in a variety of sheet sizes 45 percent faster than conventional waterjets. This is the company’s fourth waterjet.
