March 2012 - GE Aviation audited and approved United Performance Metals, Hamilton, Ohio, to perform laser machining/cutting for General Electric and its sub-tier providers. As a result of the audit, UPM was awarded a GE Transportation Aviation Special Process Certification for Laser Machining/Cutting (EE02, S-422).
