May 2012 - MRC Global Inc., Houston, formerly McJunkin Red Man Holdings Corp., acquired the operations and assets of OneSteel Piping Systems, Sydney. OPS now operates as MRC Piping Systems Australia and after the purchase, became the largest pipe, valve and fittings distributor in Australia for markets such as oil and gas, according to the company.
