May 2012 - Precision Strip Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., Los Angeles, signed an agreement to acquire Worthington Industries Inc.’s Vonore, Tenn.-based Worthington Steel processing plant. The Vonore plant will process and deliver carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel products on a toll basis.
