July 2012 - Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., Los Angeles, bought National Specialty Alloys LLC, Houston, and its outstanding limited liability company interests. As of Oct. 31, 2011, net sales for NSA, a specialty alloy processor and stainless steel bar distributor, were approximately $96 million. NSA will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co.
