September 2012 - The Synergy Leveling System roller technology requires up to 30 percent less horsepower for a given level of plastification than a conventional roller leveler. It includes Butech Bliss’ exclusive independent work roll drive system and a proprietary work roll configuration, which covers up to an 18:1 material gauge range. The system provides inter-roll tension between work rolls and applies more work to the material being processed because there is no loss of energy due to gearbox wind up and slippage. These features provide superior flatness and memory reduction.
