October 2012 - The No. 965 is a 1,350 degrees F, 30 kW, electrically heated cabinet oven used for heat treating titanium. It’s 24 in. wide by 24 in. deep by 24 in. tall. The oven features 11-in.-thick insulated walls comprising 2 in. of 1,900 degrees F block and 9 in. of 10 lb./cf density rockwool insulation with an aluminized steel exterior and 304 2B finish stainless steel interior.
