October 2012 - Pipe producer TMK IPSCO, Downers Grove, Ill., will move its headquarters to Houston by the summer of 2013 as part of a long-term strategy to grow in the oil and gas industries. Although TMK IPSCO plans to build a new corporate headquarters within the next two years, most of the employees will work at its existing research and development center in Houston.
