Marmon/Keystone’s Cleveland Branch Earns ISO Certification

March 2013 Marmon/Keystone’s Cleveland service center recently achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification by meeting stringent standards for consistently providing quality products and service.

"Being ISO certified will heighten our ongoing focus on quality, and enhance our ability to meet our goals,” says district operations and sales manager Frankie Krouse. “Continual data tracking will monitor progress and allow us to be proactive, ensuring our customers are provided with the top-notch service they have come to expect from Marmon/Keystone. The certification process was a true team effort, and I am proud of everyone’s hard work."

To become ISO 9001:2008 certified, an organization’s quality management system must consistently provide products which meet the requirements of both the customer and applicable laws and regulations. The company must also strive to improve customer satisfaction through the application of the quality management system and ongoing process improvement.
