Dallas Industries appoints Midwest stamping and fabricating specialist

July 18, 2014 - Joe Gentilia, president of Dallas Industries, announced the appointment of Zimmerman McDonald Machinery, Inc., St. Louis, to represent them in Missouri, Kansas and Southern Illinois.

According to Gentilia, “Zimmerman McDonald offers us excellent opportunities in this region because they represent a wide range of machine tool builders specializing in a variety of metalworking industry segments including stamping, forming, grinding, finishing and structural.

According to Brad Zimmerman, President of Zimmerman McDonald, “Dallas Industries press feeding equipment and controls bring a much higher level of quality to our line than the products it replaced.  Our customers produce high-quality products and rely on our ability to provide the best equipment and in-house service to keep it running.  Our service technicians will be trained by Dallas to service the Dallas equipment when required.  Our goal is to assist customers in selecting the most productive combination of equipment available whether purchasing new production systems or performing upgrades. Adding Dallas Industries not only complements our line but will aide in building new relationships as well.”

Dallas Industries’ press feed and coil handling equipment includes servo feeds in a full range of sizes and capacities and DallaSmart ProfileSelect™ Controls. Other DallaSmart controls include networking, monitoring & analysis systems for communicating to the plant floor while monitoring and analyzing equipment efficiencies and providing reports.
