Would you rather have him say the Cubs will lose 90-plus games? When asked, Cubs manager Lou Piniella said: "I like players feeling confident, I really do. But I also know that it's hard and it takes a lot of work and it takes a lot of talent and it takes some luck, and I know that in the National League there are 16 teams that feel the same way. I know we have a long road ahead of us, but at the same time, I do like our talent level. I like our chances to get back into the postseason, and I like our players feeling good about themselves."
