Anglesey could be back to full production by August, says Kaiser

July 2008 - Kaiser Aluminum Corp., Foothill Ranch, Calif., released an update on the status of Anglesey Aluminum Metal Ltd., Holyhead, United Kingdom, which is still recovering from a transformer failure and subsequent fire on June 12. According to Kaiser, Anglesey is restarting production on the non-operating portion of the first of two potlines at the smelter and should be at full production by late July or early August.
