PMA releases April 2009 business conditions report

April 2009 - The Precision Metalforming Association released its April 2009 business conditions report, which indicates that metalforming companies are the most optimistic they have been about business conditions since last summer. Nineteen percent of the 155 metalforming companies surveyed predict an improvement in overall economic activity, up from 13 percent in March. Only 27 percent predict activity will decline, down from 48 percent in March.
