Ex-steelworker David Irish Sullivan dies

September 2009 - David Irish Sullivan was a one-time steelworker for U.S. Steel's Gary Works and a steward for United Steelworkers who became an anti-war and civil rights activist. He was the co-founder of Firehouse Construction, a home building and rehabilitation firm. He died Aug. 29 at age 58.
