September 2009 - Sapa has completed its purchase of U.S. aluminum extrusion company Indalex in accordance to the terms agreed upon. Sapa acquired 11 active Indalex plants, six in the United States and five in Canada, giving the company a total added capacity of 315,000 metric tons per yer.
