The new Multi-Blanker has the ability to convert coated carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum coil in gauges from .020 in. through .130 in. into two or more precision multi-blanks or mill edge and side-trimmed CTL sheet.

The new Multi-Blanker has the ability to convert coated carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum coil in gauges from .020 in. through .130 in. into two or more precision multi-blanks or mill edge and side-trimmed CTL sheet. The Multi-Blanker features a precision hydraulic CNC Cassette Leveler, a Multi-Blank Slitter that can be tooled with quick-set or shimless packed arbor tooling, a hi-torque precision AC motion control Flying Shear with blade gap, blade bow, and part squareness adjustment, PVC and interleaved paper capability, and on-the-fly part reject. SteelCo USA’s Multi-Blanker is installed on a flat floor and requires no concrete foundations, no pits, and no trenches for installation and operation.
