September 22, 2020 - Calstrip Industries has installed a Hi-Performance Braner/Loopco CNC Cassette Leveler Flying Shear CTL/Multi-Blanking System in its Blytheville, Arkansas, coil processing center. The new CTL/Multi-Blanker has capacity to convert 30-ton by 72 in. wide bare and coated carbon steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless coil in gauges to .135 in. into sheets and precision blanks. The Multi-Blanker is equipped with a precision Cassette style CNC Roller Leveler, PVC and Interleaved Paper Applicators, Precision Quick-Set Multi-Blank Slitter, flat pass line Servo Driven Flying Shear, On-The-Fly Product Inspection Station, Hands-Off Reject System, Automatic Skid Injector, and a wide array of machine safety permissives and safe operating apparatus. The new Flying Shear Multi-Blanker joins four (4) Braner/Loopco Turret Head™ Slitting Lines and two (2) Braner/Loopco CTL/Multi-Blankers in the Calstrip Industries organization.
