May, 2025- Located on one of Manhattan’s prestigious business and retail thoroughfares and designed with principles of sustainability, health, wellness and connectivity, 520 Fifth Avenue is an 88-story vertical village that will house luxury apartments, office and retail space. The design, by Kohn Pedersen Fox, is a modern homage to the 20th century BeauxArts buildings of New York, with an intricate design of tiered setbacks and grand arched windows. The use of materials like terra cotta and enameled metal emphasize the building’s classic yet modern aesthetic. The building topped out in October 2024 and will be completed this year.
