Bystronic, Inc., announces a strategic transition in its Illinois distribution network. Effective January 1, 2026, Fab Advisors, LLC, led by industry veteran and former Bystronic Vice President Brody Fanning, will assume exclusive distribution rights for Bystronic products throughout the state of Illinois.
This transition follows the retirement of Mark Johnson, President of Fabrication Solutions LLC, effective December 31, 2025. For more than two decades, Mark has been instrumental in building a strong foundation for Bystronic’s presence in Illinois through exceptional leadership, customer focus, and technical expertise.

The appointment of Fab Advisors, LLC ensures continuity of excellence while introducing fresh energy and vision to Bystronic’s Illinois operations. Brody Fanning continues his extensive experience in metal fabrication equipment sales, service, and customer success in this role.
