Cascadia Metals Orders Braner/Loopco Cassette Leveler CTL

Cascadia Metals, LTD has placed an order with Braner/Loopco for a Cut-to-Length Line to be installed in Cascadia’s new Hamilton, ON, metal service center.  The new CTL Line will have capacity to convert 60,000# x 72” hi-strength carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum coil in gauges from .020” through .250” into close tolerance sheets and blanks.  Noteworthy CTL Line features include a torque-vectoring multi-motor CNC TorqueMaster “deep plunge” Roller Leveler equipped with three quick-change Cassettes, PVC laminating and paper interleaving apparatus, a Double Stacker to enhance production efficiency, a sophisticated Line Automation & Remote Diagnostics/Support System, and comprehensive Safety Systems.  The new CTL is Cascadia’s third Braner/Loopco Coil Processing Line joining a 72” Turret Head Slitting Line and a 72” CTL Line in Cascadia Metal facilities.
