Company expands its presence and broadens customer support
Davi, Inc. has announced that it will move its North American operations into a new, larger state-of-the-art facility located in Carrollton, Texas, near downtown Dallas. This move will allow the company to significantly expand its customer sales and service support, as well as provide additional space for customer events and technology demonstrations, training, machine refurbishment and more.
The new 18,500 square-foot facility will feature an expansive area for live plate and angle rolling machine demonstrations and customer application runoffs. Additionally, it will house the growing Davi Academy, along with the company's expanded call center that will provide customers with premier support 24 hours a day, five days a week.
The Davi Academy is a customer and distributor training program. Its goal is to inform and educate, with a focus not only on product training, but also on the plate and angle rolling processes themselves.

The demonstration area will house eight Davi machines that represent the company’s full range of plate and angle rolling product lines. It will also showcase such technologies as Davi’s advanced CNCs and its AI-Vision in-process, laser-measuring system.
For quick responsiveness, Davi will warehouse additional spare and replacement parts, prepackaged maintenance kits and accessories, allowing the company to maximize production uptime for its customers. The new facility also offers ample space for Davi’s machine refurbishment and rebuild department, where company technicians will restore a customer’s old rolling machine into like-new condition.
