Brunk Industries plans to invest $31.7 million to expand operations in Freeport, Pennsylvania. The state is investing over $4.1 million through its industrial development fund in the project, which will create 64 new jobs over the next four years and retain 11 existing, full-time positions. Brunk Industries will build a new 20,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on 20 acres.
Brunk Industries is a contract manufacturer specializing in micro-precision, light-gauge metal stamping, and complex component assembly. The company designs custom tooling and produces parts for highly regulated industries like medical devices, aerospace, automotive, and defense. The Freeport-based Brunk Technology Center focuses on die design, die components, rapid prototyping and supporting production and engineering at Brunk’s manufacturing facilities.
