Viking Materials adds precision blanking line
May 2011 - Viking Materials, Minneapolis, a subsidiary of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., purchased a second precision blanking line from Red Bud Industries, Red Bud, Ill. The line will be capable of processing stainless steel up to 0.25 inch thick and aluminum and carbon steel up to 0.312 inch thick. It will be capable of processing coils up to 50,000 pounds at widths up to 72 inches.
