January 2012 - DGI Supply, Wheeling, Ill., the distribution arm of DoAll Co. Inc., has acquired Tru-Cut Tool and Supply Co., and its subsidiary, Supreme Saw & Service Co. Inc., both based in Alsip, Ill. DGI Supply intends to broaden Tru-Cut’s product offerings and expand its services. Additionally, DGI plans to leverage Tru-Cut’s service personnel to offer greater value to its clients.
