These engineering hallmarks are now extended to MACH LED PLUS – Waldmann’s latest best-in-class LED lighting solution for today’s maintenance-free, energy-efficient machining environments.

MACH LED PLUS is available in six lengths ranging from 14 to 42 in. For especially high illuminance requirements, power versions with twice the number of LEDs are available. Energy consumption is 70 percent lower than that of classic fluorescent tube luminaires, complemented by a long LED service life, which saves maintenance costs throughout the entire luminaire life cycle.

Achieving optimum lighting performance
In addition to replacing tube luminaires, MACH LED PLUS is suitable for OEM applications. Its original Light Forming Technology ensures efficient light control and strikingly uniform light illuminating the inside of a machine with a wide angle of illumination.

Replacing classic tube luminaires
The MACH LED PLUS design adds LED technology to the same form, dimension and connection options of classic tube luminaires being used in so many industrial environments today. The 2.75 in. diameter allows for the use of existing brackets eliminating the need to drill new holes. In addition, specially developed brackets are available for flexible adjustment of the luminaires. MACH LED PLUS can be connected via an M12 plug connector to either 24V or to 100, 120, or 220-240V configurations, convenient for use all over the world.
