Tishken provides specialized roll forming machinery, tooling and coil processing equipment to the automotive, metal service center and metal processing industries. Tishken provides precision roll forming machines for tight tolerance and complex applications. The metal processing solutions include coil slitting and edging equipment. Tishken supplies narrow‐mult slitting equipment, such as a slitter head to produce 42 cuts of 6 mm wide by 1.5 mm thick bearing steel. Systems can include single or multiple recoilers with optional oscillate winding. The Edge conditioning systems can handle coiled material, ferrous and non‐ferrous, in material thicknesses up to 14 mm thick and 300 mm wide, that can be cut to length to produce bar product, or rewound, either straight or oscillate, depending on product size and downstream use. The Edge Conditioning system can also include inline cold reducing if applications require.
