June 29, 2016 - Formtek, Inc., Cleveland, Ohio, a designer and builder of metal forming tooling, equipment, roll forming and tube & pipe systems, has signed an agreement to become the exclusive North American distributor for Bossi S.r.l. of Abbiategrasso, Italy.

With over forty years in the industry, Bossi is the premier manufacturer of inline and secondary surface processing equipment for roll forming and tube mill systems. Formtek has integrated and supplied Bossi equipment on Yoder tube mills for customers in North America.

For both new installations and existing tube mills, Bossi’s bead grinding, strip polishing and OD processing equipment have a lot of opportunities for the roll forming, precision tube and stainless steel tube producers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
