October 28, 2016 - The next step in an ongoing expansion of sales and support offices throughout North America, Beckhoff Automation, Savage, Minnesota, has opened a regional sales and support office in Mason, Ohio. Strategically located in the Cincinnati metropolitan area, this new 3,300 square-foot office adds even greater local sales and engineering presence for customers in Ohio and the Great Lakes region.
The new facility in Mason reflects the strategy behind the eight other regional offices of Beckhoff North America. These house local sales teams, engineering labs and training facilities. Customers throughout the area gain the increased convenience of more local training classes focused on Beckhoff PC-based automation solutions, as well as various areas of programming such as PLC, motion control, safety technology, IoT connectivity and more.
“Beckhoff continues our long-standing commitment to provide highly personalized, local service,” explains Aurelio Banda, CEO and President, Beckhoff Automation North America. “The Great Lakes states offer a wealth of new business opportunities for Beckhoff, with strong growth industries such as machine building, automotive assembly and consumer product manufacturing. PC- and EtherCAT-based control solutions are ideally suited for these and other common applications in the region, given the inherent flexibility and high performance.”
