February 14, 2017 - 4GL Solutions announced today the installation of their leading ERP metal specific software Steel Manager III at Nivert Metal Supply, Inc. in Throop, Pa. In addition to Steel Manager III (SM3) Nivert also installed SM3’s MTR Automation Module, making the retrieval and electronic delivery of Material Test Reports effortless, the Barcoding module which allows the use of bar code scanners to enter the details of inventory, orders, picking slips etc. into SM3, dramatically increasing the speed in which this information is captured as well as the Linear Nesting module will automatically present the long product inventory that will satisfy the order, at either the quote or sales order stage, while minimizing waste and maximizing yield.
