December 14, 2018 - Jack Pennuto Jr. (pictured) has become Director of Sales for TRUMPF Laser Technology in Detroit, Michigan. Jack will report directly to Ralf Kimmel, General Manager of TRUMPF Laser Division, North America.

Jack has worked for the last twelve years in various management, sales, and application engineering roles. At his previous company, Jack held the position of Senior Vice President of the machinery business unit. During that time, he managed the sales and application engineering of the company’s metal forming, tube mill and coil processing systems. He currently supports the manufacturing industry through association and academic roles, including Chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Mechanical Engineering Technology program at Cuyahoga Community College and has contributed articles to various industry publications.

Within his role at TRUMPF, Jack will oversee the in-house Laser Technology sales teams which include, Automotive, Additive Manufacturing, General Industry, and Electronics. He will work to ensure the continuous development of the sales organization and employees to enable future growth of the TRUMPF Laser Division in North America. Jack will also work with sales teams to effectively support customer operations of TRUMPF Laser Technology.
