June 24, 2019 - LISSMAC Corporation’s ground breaking ceremony was conducted earlier this month, at the construction site of their new U.S. headquarters, to serve the U.S., Canadian, as well as South and Latin American markets.
As the U.S. subsidiary of German machine manufacturer LISSMAC GmbH, LISSMAC Corporation has been serving the American markets from their office, warehouse and production space in Waterford, New York, since 2009.
Due to the steadily increasing demand for our products and services over the past decade, we are rapidly outgrowing our currently rented facilities. After acquiring a 4 acre plot in Mechanicville early this year, construction is underway of our 16,000 square foot U.S. headquarters building, by Bast Hatfield Construction of Clifton Park. Our official Ground Breaking Ceremony took place on Tuesday, June 4th, 2019 at 2:00 pm, at 17 Route 146, Mechanicville, New York.
We are excited about the progress that has been made already at the construction site, and were happy to share this momentous milestone with our German parent company’s CEO, Klaus Kiefer, our entire Management and U.S. staff, as well as representatives of Bast Hatfield, LaBella Associates, our architectural firm, the Town of Halfmoon, our State Representatives’, Abele Builders, the Chamber of Commerce, and members of the press who covered the event.
