FEATURED PRODUCT: 2200 Series Slag Grinder with Hammerhead

The Timesavers 2221-23-H8 dry process metalworking machine is equipped with two top heads: a Hammerhead followed by an 8” contact drum - powered by a 20 HP motor. The ‘Hammerhead’, an aggregate for the removal of heavy slag, consists of replaceable flexible pins to remove the heavy slag on plasma cut steel parts. The pins hammer the slag of the parts by rotating and oscillating movement of 120 s/min. to guarantee a high quality removal. The Hammerhead aggregate is a fast and effective solution for removing heavy slag. It includes industry leading standard features, along with optional features needed to meet your specific application needs.
