Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. acquires Hillman Brass & Copper

September 1, 2022 -Triple-S Steel Holdings of Houston is pleased to announce the purchase of Hillman Brass & Copper. For over a century, Hillman Brass & Copper has been a highly respected source of brass, bronze and other copper alloys. Founded by H.M. Hillman in 1912 as a ship chandler, the company has evolved into the metals service center it is today. Based in Honey Brook, PA. Hillman will operate as a unit of the Arbor Metals, Inc., division of Triple-S Steel Holdings.

Gary Stein, CEO of Triple-S, stated: “We are extremely excited to continue to expand our footprint in the non-ferrous market. My colleagues and I are proud to welcome the Hillman team to our family.”

Kenneth Andersen, Board Member of Hillman Brass & Copper, stated: “Hillman is a great strategic fit for Triple-S. We are proud that our family legacy will continue to thrive and contribute to American industry as a part of Triple-S’ long term success.”

About Triple-S: Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. was founded in Houston in 1960. Today it encompasses over 50 locations in the U.S., Canada, and Colombia.
