February 16, 2023- Dallas Industries, a leading manufacturer of press feeding equipment and controls for the stamping industry has announced that it has purchased controlling interest in Dixie Machine & Fabrication (Dixie Fab), Holly, MI

The acquisition provides Dallas Industries with enhanced equipment options for fabricating cabinets/weldments for its coil feed line systems. This move further enhances Dallas’ continuing integration of customer services. An integration that includes engineering, machining, assembly and now fabrication.

Dallas Industries’ full line of products includes conventional and compact coil feed lines, as well as servo feeds,  heavy-duty straighteners and coil handling equipment.
