June 2009 - Sapa AB recently entered into an asset purchase agreement with U.S. aluminum extruder Indalex. The agreement stipulates that Sapa would acquire Indalex's six active U.S. plants and four active Canadian plants, a cumulative gain of 29 presses with roughly 315,000 tons of annual capacity.
