Metal Processing Corp. adds 72-inch multiblanking line
October 2009 - Metal Processing Corp. added a 72-inch-wide multiblanking line from B&K (Formtek), Cleveland. The line can process 40,000-pound coils ranging from 0.021 inch thick to 0.135 inch thick and 18 inches long to 168 inches long. The line also features inspection equipment and a drop stacker with plastic rolls to handle surface-critical stainless and aluminum requirements.
