LEECO STEEL ANNOUNCES SALES AND PROCESSING PROMOTIONS

Leeco Steel, the largest supplier of steel plate in North America, announces three key promotions across its sales and processing leadership teams, effective October 1, 2025. These changes are designed to optimize fulfillment procedures and accelerate growth in the company's high-potential Transmission and Distribution (T&D) and plate processing business segments.

Bob Bartley was promoted to National Processing Manager – Commercial. In this new role, Bartley will serve as a crucial liaison between sales, operations and administration, focusing on optimizing fulfillment procedures for orders involving processing.

Mr. Bartley began his career as a Sales Representative based in Leeco’s Pittsburgh-area sales office in 2011. Since then, he’s advanced into various leadership roles, serving most recently as Regional Sales Manager – Processing.

To support the expanding T&D business segment, Jared Koslan was promoted to Regional Sales Manager – T&D. Mr. Koslan will take a leading role in expanding this strong growth segment, which also offers significant plate processing potential.

Mr. Koslan joined Leeco in 2017 as a Sales Representative at Leeco’s Fort Worth sales office and has since advanced into several leadership roles, serving most recently as Sales Manager – T&D. T

o further support Leeco’s T&D team, Kent Daves was promoted to Sales Manager – T&D, providing dedicated project management, sales and service to the region’s expanding customer base and project management team.

Mr. Daves began his career as a Sales Representative for Leeco’s Houston sales office in 2014 and has since advanced to other sales positions before serving most recently as Account Manager for Leeco’s South region.

“These appointments reflect Leeco Steel’s commitment to placing dedicated leadership in critical areas of our business,” said Jason Fredstrom, Executive Vice President. “We are poised to significantly expand our processing capabilities, and Bob, Jared and Kent’s expertise will be essential in capturing the expected growth across our business.”

Leeco announced plans in July to add a Cutlite 50kW fiber laser cutting system to its Alvarado, Texas facility in January 2026.
