Schnutz GmbH, a division of b+s group with over 180 years of experience, was recently commissioned to build a precision leveler for perforated metals.
Wellington Perforated Sheet & Plate, located in Fergus, Ontario, Canada, has recently tasked Schnutz GmbH with building a high-precision leveler for a new perforated line. This leveler will operate in conjunction with a perforating press to handle a wide range of patterns and metal alloys. The leveler’s control system will be integrated into the press control, ensuring a seamless operation.
The high-precision leveler is designed to eliminate any shape issues caused during the perforating process. The ability to correct these shape issues will enable Wellington Perforated to offer flat panels to its customers.
